In all our establishments, payment is possible in cash in Swiss francs, with EC and credit cards. An ATM is located at the information pavilion.

Guests with dogs are welcome, will tend to lie on the edge / corner whenever possible so that service and other guests are not disturbed. Feeding & watering of dogs in the restaurants is not permitted at any time for food hygiene reasons, a water bowl will be provided outside the restaurant.

Payment is possible at the ticket machine in CHF, EUR, EC or by credit card.

There is a cash machine directly at the Info Point.

There are public toilets throughout the Rhine Falls area in addition to those available in the restaurants.

If you or one of your guests is no longer able to walk well, you are permitted to drive to the designated disabled parking spaces on Rheinfallquai and allow the person concerned to get in or out of the car there. If you do not have a disabled person’s pass, it is forbidden to park your car there. We recommend the parking spaces on P1, which are closest to the restaurants at the Rhine Falls.

All our restaurants offer a view of the Rhine Falls and not only from the window. From all seats in the Park Restaurant, Schlössli Wörth and Insel Bistro you always have a great view of the Rhine Falls thanks to the large panoramic windows.
